We're your hosts, Stephen and Jess, and we've created this space with you in mind.

Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the soothing color palette and natural textures to the handcrafted ceramics commissioned specifically for our space. The walls showcase works from talented local artists, and you'll find complimentary San Diego coffee and treats waiting for your arrival.

As creatives, we've poured our passion into designing an environment that feels both rejuvenating and inspiring while also supporting our community. Our hope is that you'll leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and eager to return.

This was the 2nd time my husband and I stayed at the Laurel Loft and I have nothing but the best things to say about this location! For starters... the hosts are incredibly intentional – from leaving hand-written notes, to having an entire section of toiletries for guests, to ensuring the kitchen is stocked with one of everything... You truly feel like you're staying at "home". They've curated an experience that feels like vacation meets home and I also love that it's walking distance to so many cute coffee shops and restaurants! (We even walked to target to pick up some snacks!) If you're staying in San Diego... look no further, the Laurel Loft is your go-to location!!!

Amazing space in a great location

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I stayed at the Laurel Loft for a fun staycation (we live about an hour north) and had the best time! The architecture of the space is stunning and the interior is beautifully decorated. It's tucked away from the street so feels very private and cozy, but is close to everything you need. The neighborhood is amazing, you can walk to top notch bars, restaurants, cafes, bookshops, everything you need. We loved our stay, thank you!
